The lady with violet eyes.

 Elizabeth Taylor, the violet-eyed film goddess whose sultry screen persona, stormy personal life and enduring fame and glamour made her one of the last of the classic movie stars and a template for the modern celebrity, died this morning at age 79. 

Just wanted to remember her,she was an icon,I was very young when I heard about her,but I know my grandfather loved her,because he mentioned her many times.  This shoes make me think of her,for some reason. Maybe because they are violet,with a great display of royalty and crystals that look like White Diamonds?

The end of an Era

Today we celebrated my sister's wedding in a blessed ceremony. I wanted to show the colorfull palette of the mixture made between different races and cultures and the motif the bride chose for her Big Day. Wild yellow daisies and cornflower blue decorations. Hydrangea Bouquet with tonalized crystals. A flower girl.An etiopian dance. The toast ,the songs,the fun. The cake with huge polka dots.The golf course and the open blue skies. The Florida heat.The toddlers having fun on the dance fllor.The guys wearing tuxedos in black and blue,the girls wearing long gowns and black outfits.
