NEW RECYCLED AND UPCYCLED DRESSES

I have made this Collection of dresses from pieces of jeans legs,hems and recycled jean shirts. The patch work idea gives this item a colorful and unique motif. The skirt is A line and has a complete flow in a shape of a triangle. The tops are decorated with zippers,tafetan silk fabric,or beads.They are a Sexy sillohuete and they attach around the neck with a denim string,a beaded necklace in peacock tones or a hand crochetes string made by a fellow artist. I painted the red paisley and then added turquoise beads. They don't stretch because they are made frim 100% cotton but the halter string can be adapted to any neck lenght. Total lenght from top of the neck is 37". Absolutely unique. RThey can be made in other sizes by request but denim parts or colors can be slightly different.For the hand made and recycle lovers.

Wear this amazing work of art on a Jessica McClintock purple satin gown. The black paisley and royal motifs had been painted on the skirt. The gown features two pockets at the sides(very useful and in total fashion,like the ones worn at Bush's Girl Wedding for the bridesmaids)where you can keep your keys,lipstick or that little thing you are thinking. Under the skirt fits another tulle skirt and a second purple silky layer. The gown has a lot of movement and volume. Can be worn strapless or halter(as pictured)
Comes in a size 14 but can be custom made at your needs or in your own gown. Maybe you have one in the closet that you tought on never wear again, now is the time to give it a makeover and be the center stage of the party.

The Dress is finally ready!

I made a whole dress completly from Upcycled Denim Pants. You can call it : Blue Denim Dress with Turquoises and Paisley. The dress was constructed for the grand opening of our shared store by the members of the FDL Team. The long waited date will be June 1st so be ready for shopping!
Dress constructed in many pieces of bootleg jeans in 4 different blue denim tones. Paisley:made of hand sewn Turquoise stones and red fabric hand paint. The stitches are finished with sewing maching but the inside as well as the pattern are one of the kind. Save the earth and look gorgeous!
