Fall Fashion Runway

A big entrance starts with a painted catsuit with flags and symbols. The runway for fall 2010 is filled with blacks,whites and grey tones. As Lanvin showed.















Mix of temporal colors: teals and reds,warm and cold colors alltogether.The presence of feathers,fur and more types of fur is absolute.Pheasant,sheep,fur,leather completed the path.The introduction,one more time of camel,made an appearance that was come back from many years ago.

For the hair,laid back,ponitail,rodette,ballerina style.For accessories: birds again.Feathers on shoes and on jewelry,gold tones and diamonds.Mix of textures,some soft ,a lot of bold.Green accents,nature alive,animals not in prints but in skin. Chains,halter tops,very hard core.

The bride,what a better chance I have to close the show with a Swan Like gown designed by Alexander Mc Queen as the text recites: left the earth with a slice of heaven.

All that Glam!

One of the teams that I belong to is starting a june challenge about Glam, an incredible fashion era and state of mind that it seems to be coming back to us, to stay, I don't know for how long , probably the summer will me more than enough. I read in Glam boulevard , one of my fave fashion web sites about the collection Christian Lacroix is pushing forward based on a mix between insects and glam.
