Bridesmaids dresses,done!

I got a very special request for 8 bridesmaids and their beautiful black dresses. They wanted peacocks real sized painted over the whole length of these gorgeous maxi dresses. Here is a bit of history,from start to ending.

Palm Beach etsy team features 2 great crafters!

Etsy is more than a marketplace: we're a community of artists, creators, collectors, thinkers and doers.Through the teams,we meet people with common interest and collaborate in several projects,weekly,monthly and yearly.

Copper, Silver, Mixed Metal Cuff

A double cuff, secured with brass rivets, the bottom copper layer, hammered and bright, the second layer etched with an abstract design inspired by a friends Mehindi designs, then patina'd for contrast. And topped with a bright hammered sterling silver bezel filled to the brim with green resin.

So much going on in this piece, it's bold, it's subtle, its bright, its dark, it flashes, it hides.

Thrilled to be a new member....

I found this team on etsy,when one of your kind members added my shoes to a treasury and I was blown away and absolutely charmed.Not a minute after I wanted to be part of this wonderful group of designers,artists and people like me who understand the "Offbeat Bride".
I look forward to meet Glenda (from Midnight Boudoir )in person ,as she will be coming down in January to Florida to visit family.I admire her store and I can't wait to wear one of her exotic hair pieces...I guess we both love Peacocks!

Meet Aly,Crochet that never sleeps.

I met Aly 2 years ago on our team of Fashion,Design and Lifestyles.
Originally from Venezuela,you can see nature inspired pieces in every one of her crocheted creations,probably because she was always surrounded by green,trees,jungle.Her profile is simple and clear about who she is and her style: "I love Fiber arts, nature, flowers and birds are my fav! :-) Love my family with all I have"
